恢刺颈夹脊穴结合脊痛消胶囊治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treated by Lateral Needling Cervical Jiaji Point Combined with Jitongxiao Capsule

目的:观察恢刺颈夹脊穴与脊痛消胶囊联合应用对神经根型颈椎病的治疗效果。方法:将患者随机分为针刺组、服药组、针刺与服药结合组(以下简称结合组),每组各40例。分别采用针刺治疗、脊痛消胶囊口服治疗和针刺结合脊痛消胶囊治疗。收集患者治疗前后颈功能障碍量表(NDI)、VAS疼痛评分数据、积分肌电值(IEMG)、肌电均方根(RMS)、临床疗效评估和椎动脉平均血流速度(VA),并用SPSS25.0软件对比分析。结果:结合组在以上4个方面评价均取得更好疗效,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切、效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of lateral needling cervical Jiaji points combined with Jitongxiao Capsule in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:120 patients with spondylotic radiculopathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the acupuncture group,the medication group and the combination group,with 40 cases in each group.The acupuncture group was treated with lateral needling cervical Jiaji points,the medication group was treated with Jitongxiao Capsule,and the combination group was treated with lateral needling cervical Jiaji points and Jitongxiao Capsule.The scores of NDI and VAS,IEMG and RMS,clinical efficacy,mean blood flow velocity of vertebral artery were compared between before and after the treatment by using SPSS25.0 software in the three groups.Results:The combination group achieved better results in the above four evaluations(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and medication is effective in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
