新型全逆流板式空气预热器换热性能研究及优化 被引量:1

摘要 以一种燃气锅炉使用的新型全逆流波纹板空气预热器为研究对象,对空气预热器进行流动与传热模拟计算,研究各结构参数对空气侧换热性能的影响。为优化空气预热器综合性能,采用田口法,通过信噪比(SNR)分析得到了不同参数对空气预热器性能的贡献率,结果表明:板间距对于传热性能以及阻力性能影响最大,而短轴长对综合性能影响最大。并得到了以Φ因子为优化目标时,各参数的最佳组合:当空气侧雷诺数在850时,板片结构参数为长轴长24 mm,短轴长8 mm,板间距2 mm的空气预热器具有最佳的综合性能。 Taking a new type of full counterflow corrugated plate air preheater used in gas-fired boilers as the research object,the air preheater is simulated and calculated for flow and heat transfer,and the influences of various structural parameters on the heat transfer performance of the air side are studied.In order to optimize the comprehensive performance of the air preheater,Taguchi method was used to obtain the contribution rate of different parameters to the performance of the air preheater through signal to noise ratio(SNR)analysis.The results show that the plate spacing has the greatest influence on heat transfer performance and resistance performance,and the length of short axis has the greatest impact on the overall performance.The best combination of each parameter is obtained when theΦfactor is the optimization target:when the air side Reynolds number is 850,the plate structure parameters are the long axis length of 24 mm,the short axis length of 8 mm,and the plate spacing of 2 mm,and then the preheater has the best overall performance.
