摘要 随着特高压输电、新能源发电的迅速发展,火电机组面临日益严峻的调峰形势。参与深度调峰是火电机组顺应电力发展的必然,提高锅炉的稳燃能力是深度调峰的重要方面。以某台600 MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉为对象,开展了深度调峰稳燃能力试验。在不同负荷下,通过调整低挥发分的比重,找出了锅炉稳燃时低挥发分煤对应负荷下的掺烧比例上限。经调整优化煤粉细度、风煤比、运行氧量、燃尽风率、燃烧器组合方式、燃煤热值以及二次风配风方式等参数,将锅炉不投油最低稳燃负荷控制在229 MW。通过试验发现:低负荷时锅炉燃用煤质的挥发分应不低于设计煤质,同时找出了约束锅炉深度调峰的问题所在,并提出了相应的改造措施。 With the rapid development of Ultra High Voltage power transmission and new energy generation,thermal power units are facing increasingly severe peak regulation situation.It is inevitable for thermal power units to participate in deep peak regulation to comply with the development of electric power,and improving the stable combustion ability of boiler is an important aspect of deep peak regulation.Taking a 600 MW tangential combustion boiler as the object,the stable-combustion ability test of the deep peak regulation is carried out.By adjusting the proportion of low volatile coal under different loads,the upper limit of blending proportion of low volatile coal under corresponding loads was found out.Adjustment and optimization of the operation factors were performed,such as coal fineness,air-coal ratio,oxygen amount,OFA rate,burner combination,coal calorific value and secondary air distribution,and the lowest stable-combustion load without oil of the boiler was reduced to 229 MW.By the test,it was found that the volatile of the boiler coal should not be lower than the designed coal at low load,and the problems of restricting boiler deep peak regulation were found out,the corresponding reform measures were also proposed.
