近年来,山东深入学习贯彻习近平总书记“3·14”重要讲话精神和“十六字”治水思路,坚持把“节水优先”作为解决复杂水问题的根本出路,以政策引领管水、激励节水,用制度规范用水、约束耗水,水资源集约节约安全利用水平不断提升,为经济社会可持续发展提供了可靠的水安全保障。

In recent years,Shandong Province has thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on water governance,adhered to prioritizing water conservationas the fundamental way out to solving complex water problems,guided water management with policies,encouraged water conservation,standardized water use with policies and systems,constrained water consumption,and continuously improved intensive,economicaland safe utilization of water resources,thus providing a reliable water security guarantee for sustainable economic and social development.
