摘要
选取LB-10型冷补料进行水稳定性、高温稳定性、黏聚性、黏附性与操作和易性测试,对不同龄期的冷补料试件进行稳定度测试,并对其变化趋势进行分析。试验结果表明,采用常温击实50次、高温击实50次方式成型的冷补料的水稳定性和常温碾压20次、高温碾压5次方式成型的冷补料的高温稳定性,满足热拌改性沥青混合料的技术要求。综合考虑试验的可操作性,建议采用改进的肯塔堡飞散试验机进行冷补料黏聚性检测;LB-10型坑槽冷补料在10℃及以上环境下能保持较好的拌和和易性,且4℃~20℃环境下的操作和易性相当;随着龄期的增长,冷补料试件的稳定度、质量损失变化符合指数函数模型;冷补料稳定度与质量损失之间呈现显著的正相关关系,即随着稀释剂的散失,冷补料的稳定度呈线性提高。
The water stability,high temperature stability,cohesion,adhesion and operation workability of LB-10 have been tested.The stability of specimens at different ages has been tested and their changing trend has been analyzed.The test results have shown that the water stability of the cold patch materials formed by 50 times of normal temperature compaction and 50 times of high temperature compaction meets the requirements of hot mix modified asphalt mixture.The high temperature stability of the cold patch materials formed by rolling 20 times at normal temperature and 5 times at high temperature meets the requirements of hot mix modified asphalt mixture.Considering the operability of the test comprehensively,it has been recommended to use the improved Cantabro testing machine to test the cohesiveness of cold patch materials.LB-10 can maintain good operation workability at 10℃and above,and the operation workability at 4-20℃are equivalent.With the increase of age,the stability and mass loss of specimens conform to the exponential function model.There is a significant positive correlation between the mass loss and the stability of cold patch materials,that is,the stability of cold patch materials increases linearly with the loss of the diluents.
