探索高速公路传统机电三大系统与新一代5G通信技术融合,完成新系统的研究、设计、开发,利用5G通信、云计算、大数据等先进技术手段,构建综合数字交通管理平台,与产业界积极开展合作推动5G数字交通相关技术应用试点等工作。通过试点示范应用,提高交通信息资源的深度开发与综合利用水平,增强交通安全监管和应急处置能力,提升路段管理效率,提高交通信息服务水平,实现道路大幅减少事故和伤亡率,提升路网交通的承载能力,提高路网交通资源的利用率,初步形成完善的城域高速公路运行监测、管控与服务相关技术标准体系。

Explore the integration of the three traditional electromechanical systems of the expressway and the new generation of 5G communication technology,complete the research,design and development of the new system,and use advanced technologies such as 5G communication,cloud computing and big data to build a comprehensive digital traffic management platform.Actively cooperate with the industry to promote the pilot application of 5G digital transportation-related technologies.Through pilot and demonstration applications,the level of in-depth development and comprehensive utilization of traffic information resources will be improved,traffic safety supervision and emergency response capabilities will be enhanced,the efficiency of road section management will be improved,and the level of traffic information services will be improved.The carrying capacity of traffic will be improved,the utilization rate of traffic resources of the road network will be improved,and a complete technical standard system related to operation monitoring,control and service of urban expressways will be initially formed.
