我国体医融合研究的热点分析与展望

Hotspots analysis and outlook of the research on sports and medicine integration in China

本文以中国知网核心合辑收录的体医融合期刊文章为基础,借助CiteSpace软件对筛选出的269篇文献进行可视化。结果表明:我国体医融合研究总体呈上升趋势,可划分为相对匮乏期(2001—2014年)、高速发展期(2015—2018年)和井喷发展期(2019—2022年)3个阶段;研究热点可归纳为“运动健康效应”“大健康理念研究”“体育价值”“体医融合模式创新”“复合型人才培养”5个知识群。建议:深化学科交叉研究,拓宽临床医学研究与社会学科学研究边界;以“健康促进”和“全生命周期”为纽带,加强体育和卫生健康领域主管部门领导层面的对话与合作,从重点人群入手,顶层设计与具体举措衔接,从国家到地方层层推进。

Based on the core collection of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),this paper visualizes 269 selected articles with CiteSpace software.The results showed that the overall upward trend of sports-medicine integration research in China,which could be divided into three phases:the period of relative scarcity(2001-2014),the period of rapid development(2015-2018)and the period of blowout development(2019-2022).The research hotspots could be categorized into 5 knowledge groups:"exercise health effect","research on the concept of health","sports value","innovation of sportsmedicine integration model",and"training of composite talents".Suggestions:deepen interdisciplinary research and broaden the boundary between clinical research and sociological scientific research;from the perspective of"health promotion"and"whole life cycle",strengthen cooperation at the leadership level of sports and health authorities,pay attention to key groups,and gradually implement them with top-level design and specific initiatives,from national to local levels.
