摘要
针对以往船舶倾斜试验受试验条件影响等因素只能进行理论知识的学习问题,提出基于虚拟现实的实现方法。为实现倾斜试验虚拟仿真的作业过程,在系统中使用船舶的倾斜运动算法和Extrude Line Tool及Editable Poly的建模方法等。通过3Ds Max建模软件、Unity3D和万维引擎等混合编程的手段,针对排水量为64000 t散货船开发一套倾斜试验虚拟仿真系统。经过对该系统测试应用,并将试验数据与实际值对比分析,试验数据误差在规定范围内,该系统符合设计使用要求。
In view of the problem that the ship inclining test can only be studied theoretically in the past due to the influence of test conditions,a realization method based on the virtual reality is proposed.In order to realize the virtual simulation operation process of inclining test,the ship inclining motion algorithm,Extrude Line Tool and Editable Poly modeling methods are used in the system.A set of virtual simulation system of inclining test is developed in view of the bulk carrier with displacement of 64000 t by means of hybrid programming with 3Ds Max modeling software,Unity3D,and Web engine.After the test application of the system,the comparative analysis of test data and actual values is made,the result shows that the test data error is within the specified range,and the system meets the design and use requirements.
