摘要
针对船舶制造车间存在的生产与管理的信息交互不及时、信息采集效率低、生产过程掌控不足等问题,通过条码、射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)、超宽带(Ultra Wide Band,UWB)和自动化装置接口集成等技术,进行车间资源数据采集与场地状态信息采集,实现场地、设备、人员、工装等与管控系统间的互联互通,完成车间场地的物流优化和布局优化,为船舶制造智能车间信息感知奠定基础。
In terms of the existing problems in shipbuilding workshop such as belated information interaction of production and management,low information acquisition efficiency,and insufficient production process control,through the technologies such as bar code,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID),Ultra Wide Band(UWB),and automation device interface integration,the resource data acquisition and site status information acquisition of shipbuilding workshop are made,the interconnection among the site,facility,personnel,technology equipment,and control system is realized,and the site logistics optimization and site layout optimization of shipbuilding workshop are completed,which lays the foundation for information perception of intelligent shipbuilding workshop.
