高校工会融入立德树人体系的内在逻辑与实践路径

The Internal Logic and Practice Path of Integrating Labor Union into the System of Moral Education and People Cultivation in Colleges and Universities

立德树人是高校的根本任务。高校工会作为高校党委领导下联系教职工群众的桥梁和纽带,不仅要将立德树人根本任务自觉融入到工会建设中,而且要强化高校工会的特殊作用优势,提升工会对教职工思想的引导力,深化工会对基层一线的感知力,优化工会对教职工群众的保障力,强化工会对高校改革的推动力,发挥新时代高校工会“引路人”“晴雨表”“暖心石”“助推器”的重要作用,形成工会融入高校立德树人体系的有效机制,营造高校良好的育人氛围和环境,激发广大教职工的育人主动性,促进高校育人成效不断提升。

Moral education and people cultivation is the fundamental task of colleges and universities.As a bridge and link connecting the masses of employees under the leadership of the Party committee of colleges and universities,labor union should not only consciously integrate"moral education and people cultivation"into the construction of itself,but also strengthen its special role in the process of realization of this fundamental task.By improving the ideological guidance of teachers,deepening the perception of the grass-roots front line,optimizing the support for the staff,strengthening the driving force of university reform,the labor union can form an effective mechanism to create a good educational atmosphere and environment in colleges and universities and stimulate the educational initiative of the majority of teaching staff,which can promote the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of college education.
