社会保险能提高灵活就业人员的幸福感吗?——来自CLDS(2018)的证据

Can Social Insurance Improve the Happiness of People in Flexible Employment?—Evidence from CLDS(2018)

选用CLDS(2018)数据,运用ordered probit模型,探究参加社会保险对灵活就业人员幸福感的影响。研究发现,参加社会保险可以显著改善灵活就业人员的幸福感;社会保险的五大险种对灵活就业人员幸福感水平的提升均有促进作用,其中医疗、养老、工伤及失业保险的促进作用在统计上十分显著,但生育保险的促进作用在统计上不显著;参加社会保险对灵活就业人员幸福感的影响在户口性质、收入满意度和受教育年限层面存在差异性。综上,参加除生育保险外的其余四种基本险种可显著改善灵活就业人员的主观幸福感,且参加社会保险的种类数与灵活就业人员的幸福感是正相关的。

Using CLDS(2018)data and using the ordered probit model,this paper explores the impact of social insurance participation on the happiness of flexible employment personnel.The study found that participation in social insurance can significantly improve the happiness of flexible employment personnel;the five major insurance types of social insurance have a promoting effect on the improvement of the happiness level of flexible employment personnel,of which the promotion effect of medical,pension,work injury and unemployment insurance is statistically significant,but the promotion effect of maternity insurance is not statistically significant;the impact of participating in social insurance on the happiness of flexible employment personnel is different in the nature of household registration,income satisfaction and years of education.In summary,participation in the remaining four basic types of insurance other than maternity insurance can significantly improve the subjective happiness of flexible employees,and the number of types of social insurance participation is positively correlated with the happiness of flexible employees.
