习近平总书记强调,要“大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神”,高校要结合实际全面贯彻落实。新时代视野下的劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神具有丰富的内涵,高校建设高水平师资队伍、培养社会主义建设者和接班人、引领全社会的精神文明建设都需要弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神。高校要在加强教师的思想政治引领中、在发挥思政课主渠道作用中、在推进学校高质量发展中、在开展理论研究服务社会中弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that,“to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers,work spirit and craftsman spirit”,colleges and universities should fully implement them with the reality.The spirit of model workers,the spirit of workers and the spirit of craftsmen in the vision of the new era have rich connotations.To build a high-level teaching staff,to train socialist builders and successors,and to lead the spiritual civilization construction of the whole society,colleges and universities need to carry forward the spirit of model workers,the spirit of workers and the spirit of craftsmen.Colleges and universities should promote the spirit of model workers,the spirit of workers and the spirit of craftsmen in strengthening the ideological and political guidance of teachers,playing the role of the main channel of ideological and political course,promoting the high-quality development of colleges and universities,and carrying out theoretical research to serve the society.
