当前,加强大学生劳动教育具有重要意义。加强大学生劳动教育,不仅是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求,是践行社会主义核心价值观的应有之义,同时也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要内容,是促进大学生全面发展的现实需要。因此,应以马克思主义劳动思想为理论基础,以中华民族崇尚劳动的优秀历史传统为根基,以中国共产党人的劳动教育思想为现实指引,积极开展大学生的劳动教育。应创新大学生劳动教育的内容:在劳动教育的观念方面,转变对劳动教育的错误认知;在劳动教育的地位方面,重视劳动教育的突出价值;在劳动教育的目标方面,形成对“劳动幸福”的自觉认同;在劳动教育的要求方面,强化对劳动及劳动成果的尊重。从理论层面、制度层面、实践层面采取多种对策来开展大学生劳动教育,培育高素质的人才。

At present,it is of great significance to strengthen labor education for college students.Strengthening labor education for college students is not only an inevitable requirement for realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also an important content for colleges and universities to implement the task of establishing moral education and a practical need to promote the integrated development of college students.Therefore,labor education for college students should be actively carried out with the theoretical basis of Marxist labor ideology,the excellent historical tradition of Chinese nation respecting labor as the foundation,and the labore ducation ideology of the Communist Party of China as the realistic guide.The content of labor education for college students should be innovated:in terms of the concept of labor education,the wrong perception of labor education should be changed;in terms of the status of labor education,the outstanding value of labor education should be emphasized;in terms of the goal of labor education,the conscious recognition of"labor happiness"should be formed;in terms of the requirements of labor education,the respect for labor and the fruits of labor should be strengthened.We should take various measures at the theoretical,institutional and practical levels to carry out labor education for college students and cultivate high quality talents.
