一种基于大数据分析的蓄电池智能管理系统

摘要 变电站蓄电池由多只电池串联成组且长期浮充使用,同时蓄电池在出厂时就存在一定的容量差异,随着长期使用,这种差异会在充放电过程中缓慢放大,即单体电压分配不均,从而进一步加速蓄电池的老化,使整组蓄电池性能下降。另外,变电站蓄电池组在运行过程中,因单体电池缺陷而导致整组蓄电池失去供电能力,引发变电站直流电源系统失电的事故也时有发生。本文结合蓄电池组工作状态、蓄电池故障原因以及现有管理手段的不足,提出了一种基于大数据分析的蓄电池智能管理方法,该方法集“检测、判断、预防、保护管理”于一体,充分运用大数据分析、人工智能、数字通讯等技术,判断蓄电池状态,分析蓄电池故障原因,同时做出瞬时响应和干预,杜绝因蓄电池缺陷而导致的电力安全事故。 The storage battery in the substation is composed of several batteries in series and is used for floating charge for a long time.Some storage batteries have certain parameter differences when delivered from factory.With long-term use,this difference will slowly enlarge in the process of charging and discharging,that is,the voltage distribution of single battery is uneven,which further accelerates the aging of storage battery and makes the performance of the whole battery bank decline.In addition,in the process of substation battery bank operation,single battery failure leads to the loss of power supply capacity of the whole set of batteries,which leads to the loss of power of DC power supply system in substation.This paper presents an intelligent management method of storage battery based on big data analysis,combining the working state of storage battery,the reason of storage battery failure and the shortage of existing management methods,the method integrates“detection,judgment,prevention,protection and management”and makes full use of technologies such as big data analysis,artificial intelligence and digital communication to judge the state of storage battery,the causes of battery failure are analyzed,and the instantaneous response and intervention are made to avoid power safety accidents caused by battery defects.
