摘要
以石英围岩为原料,采用电感耦合等离子光谱仪、光学显微镜、电子探针显微分析仪及能谱仪对围岩的矿物学特征、元素组成和杂质赋存状态进行了研究。根据原料性质,采用“色选-棒磨擦洗-磁选-浮选”工艺进行提纯,得到SiO_(2)质量分数99.938%的石英精砂,Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数降低到0.001%,Al_(2)O_(3)质量分数降低到0.034%,达到初级高纯石英砂指标要求。
The mineralogy characteristics,element composition and impurity occurrence state of the quartz wall rock were studied by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer,optical microscope,electron probe microanalyser and energy dispersive spectrometer.According to the property of quartz wall rock,we adopted the"color separation-rod friction scrubbing-magnetic separation-flotation purification"process,and the quartz fine sand with SiO_(2) content of 99.938%was obtained,Fe_(2)O_(3) content decreased to 0.001%,Al_(2)O_(3) content decreased to 0.034%,which met the requirements of primary high-purity quartz sand.
