摘要
以铁尾矿和Al_(2)O_(3)为主要原料,通过调整原料配比、烧结温度、保温时间,采用常压烧结制备莫来石-石英复相陶瓷。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱、扫描电镜(SEM)、综合热分析仪(TG-DSC)等对复相陶瓷的物相、微观结构进行分析,通过排水法测试材料的气孔率,利用万能试验机测试试样的抗压强度。结果表明,试样的组成均为莫来石-石英复相陶瓷,最佳制备工艺为:铁尾矿质量分数75%,烧结温度1250℃,保温时间100 min。此条件下制备的轻质复相陶瓷气孔率为26.1%,抗压强度为156.3 MPa。本研究为铁尾矿的综合利用提供了新途径。
Using iron tailings and aluminium oxide as the raw materials,mullite-quartz multiphase ceramics were prepared by sintering methodat at mospheric pressure and by adjusting the ratio of raw materials,sintering temperature,holding time.The phase and microstructure of the multiphaseceramics were analyzed by XRD,FTIR,SEM and TG-DSC.The porosity and compressive strength of the samples were tested by drainage methodand universal testing machine.The results show that the samples prepared are mullite and quartz multiphase ceramics.In this experimental,the optimal iron tailings mass fraction is 75%,the sintering temperature is 1250℃and the holding time is 100 min,the mullite multiphase ceramic materials with porosity of 26.1%and compressive strength of 156.3 MPa could be obtained under these conelitions.The results provide a new way for thecomprehensive utilization of iron tailings.
