钼尾矿掺杂金红石精矿微晶玻璃的制备 被引量:2

Preparation of Glass Ceramics with Molybdenum Tailings Doped With Rutile Concentrate

摘要 以商洛钼尾矿为主要原料,掺杂一定量低品位金红石精矿作为成核剂,采用烧结法制备以钙长石为主晶相、透辉石为次晶相的微晶玻璃。研究烧制温度对微晶玻璃抗压强度、抗折强度、体积密度、收缩率和耐酸碱度性能的影响,获得微晶玻璃最佳制备工艺条件:烧制温度970℃,烧制时间120 min。此条件下制得的微晶玻璃产品抗压强度为163.2 MPa,抗折强度为86.4 MPa,体积密度为2.97 g/cm^(3),收缩率为14.35%,耐酸质量损失率为0.16%,耐碱质量损失率为0.13%。研究成果为钼尾矿资源综合利用提供了参考,同时为低品位金红石精矿资源高效利用开辟出一条新途径。 Using Shangluo molybdenum tailings as the main raw material and a certain amount of low-grade rutile concentrate as the nucleating agent,glass ceramics with anorthite as the main crystal phase and diopside as the secondary crystal phase were prepared by the sintering method.The effects of firing temperature on compressive strength,flexural strength,volume density,shrinkage,acid and alkali resistance of glass-ceramics were studied.The optimum preparation conditions of glass-ceramics were obtained as follows,the firing temperature is 970℃and the firing time is 120 min.Under these conditions,the compressive strength and flexural strength of glass ceramics are respectively 163.2 MPa and 86.4 MPa,the volume density is 2.97 g/cm^(3),the shrinkage rate is 14.35%,the acid resistance mass loss rate is 0.16%and the alkali resistance mass loss rate is 0.13%.The research results not only provide a reference for comprehensive utilization of molybdenum tailing resources but also open up a new way for efficient utilization of low-grade rutile concentrate resources.
