Simental cattle is a variety of strong adaptability,plump,strong and excellent comprehensive performance.It is native to the Rutu Alps,especially Bern as the best.Due to its outstanding advantages,all countries in the world are actively introducing it to improve the local cattle.In the 1930s and 1940s,China has begun to introduce Cental cattle varieties to improve Chinese cattle.By this century,Cental cattle gradually became the strongest adaptability,the most widely distributed and the most favored by farmers.This paper discusses the analysis of production status and economic benefit of Simental cattle varieties.
