摘要
试验选择发热、贫血、黄疸症状明显的山羊,通过鲜血压片、血液涂片染色镜检和电镜观察等方法对山羊附红细胞体形态学、运动学和染色特性等生物学特性进行研究。结果表明,鲜血压片后光镜下观察,山羊附红细胞体向任意方向作翻转、扭转运动。姬姆萨氏染色和瑞氏染色后光镜下观察,红细胞分别被染成蓝色和粉红色,附着在红细胞上的山羊附红细胞体都被染成紫红色,且具有折光性;改良瑞氏染色后光镜下观察,红细胞被染成深紫色,山羊附红细胞体被染成紫红色;吖啶橙染色后光镜下观察,红细胞被染成暗绿色,山羊附红细胞体被染成发明亮荧光的绿色小体。
In this experiment,goats with obvious symptoms of fever,anemia and jaundice were selected,the morphological,kinematic and staining characteristics of goat eperythrozoon were studied by means of microscopic examination and electron microscopy.The results showed that the goat eperythrozoon was turning and twisting in any direction.After GIEMSA's staining and Wright's staining,the red blood cells were dyed blue and pink respectively,and the eperythrozoon attached to the red blood cells were dyed purple-red with refraction The red blood cells were dyed deep purple and the goat eperythrozoon was dyed purplish red under the light microscope after the improved Wright's staining,and the red blood cells were dyed dark green under the light microscope after the acridine orange staining,the goat eperythrozoon is dyed into a bright fluorescent green body.
