猪气喘病诊断与防治措施

Diagnosis and Control of Porcine Asthma

猪气喘病又被称为猪支原体肺炎,是一种急慢性的接触性呼吸道疾病,临床上主要以咳嗽气喘为主要特征,在世界各地的生猪养殖场均有发生流行。猪群受到该病感染之后,尽管死亡率相对较低,但是会对整个群体的生长发育构成严重的影响,普遍表现为生长发育不良、饲料利用率显著下降。在很多养殖场中,该类疾病的传播流行速度尽管较为缓慢,但是具有很高的感染率,一旦发生很难清理,需要消耗大量的人力和物力,并且该种疾病易出现周期性感染现象,严重损害养殖场的经济效益。该文论述猪气喘病的流行病学、临床症状、诊断方法,并提出相应的防治方案,希望对该病的防治有一定作用。

Porcine asthma,also known as Mycoplasma suis pneumonia,is an acute and chronic contact respiratory disease,which is mainly characterized by cough and asthma.This disease is prevalent in pig farms all over the world.Although the mortality of pigs infected by this disease is relatively low,it will have a serious impact on the growth and development of the whole population,generally manifested as poor growth and development and a significant decline in feed utilization.In many farms,although the spread and prevalence of this kind of disease is relatively slow,it has a high infection rate.Once it occurs,it is difficult to clean up,which often needs to consume a lot of human and material resources.Moreover,this kind of disease is prone to periodic infection and damage the economic benefits of farms.Combined with practical work experience,this paper discusses the epidemiology,clinical symptoms and diagnosis methods of porcine asthma,and puts forward the corresponding prevention and control scheme,hoping to play a certain role in better prevention and treatment of this disease.
