二甲双胍联合运动指导对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

Effects of Metformin Combined with Exercise Instruction on Blood Glucose Control in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的探讨二甲双胍联合运动指导对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法选取2020年1—12月收治的2型糖尿病患者96例,随机分为两组,对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,研究组使用二甲双胍联合运动指导治疗。比较两组血脂、血糖控制情况,比较两组体质指数(BMI)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分变化情况。结果治疗后两组高密度脂蛋白(HDL)均高于治疗前,低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)均低于治疗前,且治疗后研究组HDL高于对照组,LDL、TC、TG、FPG均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组BMI均低于治疗前,MMSE评分均高于治疗前,且治疗后研究组BMI低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合运动指导治疗,与单用二甲双胍治疗相比,对患者血脂、血糖控制更有效,能更好地改善患者的认知功能,提升整体治疗水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with exercise guidance on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated from January to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with metformin,and the study group was treated with metformin combined with exercise guidance.The control of blood lipids and blood sugar between the two groups was compared,and the changes of body mass index(BMI)and mini mental state scale(MMSE)score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,HDL in the two groups were higher than before treatment,while LDL,TC,TG and FPG were lower than those before treatment,and the HDL in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while LDL,TC,TG and FPG were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BMI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the MMSE scores were higher than those before treatment,and the BMI of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes,metformin combined with exercise-guided therapy is more effective in controlling blood lipids and blood glucose,and better improves the cognitive function of patients than metformin alone.The overall treatment level has been improved.
