优质护理对老年糖尿病患者自我管理及血糖控制的影响分析

Influence of High-quality Nursing on Self-management and Blood Glucose Control in Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探析老年糖尿病患者接受优质护理对患者自我管理及血糖控制的影响。方法选取该科室2020年1月—2021年10月72例老年糖尿病患者,36例实施常规护理患者为对照组,36例实施优质护理患者为观察组,评估两组患者血糖控制情况、自我管理能力、疗效、知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果观察组自我概念、健康知识、自我护理技能等方面的自我管理能力评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖(5.27±2.11)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.62±2.81)mmol/L、HbA1c(6.88±1.93)%优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组显效率61.11%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.769,P<0.05);护理后,观察组对知识完全掌握率61.11%,护理满意度69.44%显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者采取优质护理措施,更能稳定控制患者血糖水平、提升患者自我管理能力。

Objective To explore the influence of elderly diabetic patients receiving high-quality nursing on self-management and blood glucose control.Methods From January 2020 to October 2021,72 elderly patients with diabetes in the department were selected,36 patients who received routine nursing as the control group and 36 patients who received high-quality nursing as the observation group.The two groups of patients'blood glucose control,self-management ability,curative effect,knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results The self-management ability scores of self-concept,health knowledge and self-care skills in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose(5.27±2.11)mmol/L,postprandial blood glucose(9.62±2.81)mmol/L and HbA1c(6.88±1.93)%in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the effective rate of the observation group was 61.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.769,P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group's complete mastery rate of knowledge was 61.11%,and the nursing satisfaction was 69.44%,which was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly diabetic patients taking high-quality nursing measures can stably control the blood glucose level and improve the self-management ability of patients.
