全面急诊护理干预在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Emergency Nursing Intervention in Patients with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的探究对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者运用全面急诊护理干预的临床价值。方法选取该院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的60例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,随机分为观察组(全面急诊护理干预)和对照组(常规护理干预),各30例。对比两组干预效果。结果观察组治疗依从率(90.0%)和护理满意度(93.3%)均高于对照组(70.0%、73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(23.3%)相比,观察组低血糖发生率(6.7%)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组血糖水平较低,心理弹性、生活质量评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者运用全面急诊护理干预可以获得更为理想的干预效果。

Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive emergency nursing intervention for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Randomly divided into observation group(comprehensive emergency nursing intervention)and control group(routine nursing intervention),30 cases in each group.The effects of the two intervention groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance rate(90.0%)and nursing satisfaction(93.3%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(70.0%)and(73.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(23.3%),the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group(6.7%)was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower,and the scores of psychological resilience and quality of life were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive emergency nursing intervention for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis can achieve a more ideal intervention effect.
