延续性护理结合社区互动对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制、生活质量的随访研究

Follow-up Study of Continuous Nursing Combined with Community Interaction on Blood Glucose Control and Quality of Life in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察延续性护理结合社区互动对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响情况。方法选取2018年6月—2021年6月140例社区2型糖尿病患者。根据入院顺序分为两组,每组70例。照组接受常规护理模式,研究组在常规护理模式的基础上采取延续性护理结合社区互动干预措施。现比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量评分(SCL-90量表)、血糖指标及自我管理能力,并分析两组患者的护理满意度。结果研究组护理前血糖指标、自我管理能力及生活质量评分与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者血糖指标、自我管理能力评分以及生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预对2型糖尿病患者的护理效果较好,能够有效控制患者的血糖,患者对该护理措施也更加满意,临床建议广泛推广整体护理干预。

Objective To observe the effect of continuous nursing combined with community interaction on blood glucose control,and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 140 patients with type 2 diabetes in community from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,70 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing mode.The research group,took continuous care combined with community interaction interventions on the basis of conventional care mode.The quality of life score(SCL-90 scale),blood glucose index and self-management ability of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing was analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the research group and the control group in the blood glucose,self-management ability and quality of life(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose index,self-management ability score and quality of life score of the patients in the research group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the research group after nursing was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing intervention has a better nursing effect on patients with type 2 diabetes,and can effectively control the blood glucose of the patients.The patients are also more satisfied with the nursing measures.It is recommended to widely promote the overall nursing intervention.
