妊娠期糖尿病临床护理配合措施和应用价值分析

Clinical Nursing Cooperation Measures and Application Value Analysis of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究妊娠期糖尿病患者接受临床护理配合的效果。方法采用简单随机分组法将2020年5月—2021年3月期间接收的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者分为两组,施以常规护理的为对照组(n=40),采取临床护理配合的为观察组(n=40)。比较两组患者的血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗指数、新生儿情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,新生儿出生1、5 min的Apgar评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论完善妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床护理配合工作可有效提升病情控制效果,在保障母婴安全方面有重要应用价值,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing cooperation in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A simple randomization method was used to divide 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus received from May 2020 to March 2021 into two groups.The control group(n=40)was given routine nursing care,and the observation group(n=40)was given clinical nursing cooperation.The blood glucose levels,insulin resistance index,neonatal conditions,and the incidence of complications also compared of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The insulin resistance index,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the Apgar scores at 1 min and 5 min after birth were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving the clinical nursing cooperation of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively improve the disease control effect,has important application value in ensuring the safety of mothers and babies,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
