磁力加热搅拌器温度参数校准方法研究

Study on Calibration Method of Temperature Parameters of Magnetic Heating Agitator

磁力加热搅拌器在医药、食品饮料加工以及化工等行业应用广泛,对于磁力加热搅拌器的校准方法目前没有相应的规程规范作为技术指导。本文将对不同类型的磁力加热搅拌器进行分析,并提出相应的校准方法,包括参照的规程规范及标准器的选择等。磁力加热搅拌器主要有恒温加热搅拌器和数显控温磁力搅拌器两种类型。对于恒温加热搅拌器可参照恒温槽的技术性能测试规范进行校准;对于数显控温磁力搅拌器可根据客户需求,参照恒温槽技术性能测试规范或数字温度计的校准规范进行校准。

Magnetic heating agitator is widely used in medicine,food and beverage processing and chemical industry.There is no corresponding specification for the calibration method of magnetic heating agitator.In this paper,different types of magnetic heating agitators will be analyzed and the corresponding calibration methods will be put forward,including the reference specification and the selection of standard.There are two types of magnetic heating agitator:constant temperature heating agitator and digital temperature-controlled magnetic agitator.For the constant temperature heating agitator,it can be calibrated according to the measurement and test morm of thermostatic bath’s metrological characteristics.For the digital temperature-controlled magnetic agitator,it can be calibrated according to the measurement and test norm of thermostatic bath’s metrological characteristics or the calibration specification of the working digital thermometer.
