Discussion on Calibration Method and Uncertainty of Calibration Result of Phase Meter of Driven Gear of Electric Locomotive

本文就电力机车从动齿轮相位仪校准方法及校准结果不确定度进行探讨,通过分析得出,角度表分度值、平板平面度、指示表任意0.1mm是不确定度的主要来源。分析结果表明,本校准方法可满足量值溯源要求。

This paper discusses the calibration method of the driven gear phase meter of electric locomotives and the uncertainty of the calibration results.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the division value of the angle table,the flatness of the flat plate,and any 0.1 mm of the indicating table are the main sources of uncertainty.The analysis results show that the calibration method can meet the traceability requirements of the quantity value.
