我国社区老年人肌肉减少症影响因素的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of influencing factors of sarcopenia in the elderly in Chinese communities

目的:分析我国社区老年人肌肉减少症的影响因素。方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science中关于我国社区老年人肌肉减少症影响因素的文献,检索时间为各数据库建库至2021年6月18日,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入13篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,年龄[OR=1.13,95%CI(1.11,1.15),P<0.00001]、性别[OR=2.72,95%CI(1.18,6.27),P=0.02]、体质指数[OR=0.70,95%CI(0.65,0.77),P<0.00001]、糖尿病[OR=4.68,95%CI(1.62,13.49),P=0.004]、衰弱[OR=4.48,95%CI(1.77,11.30),P=0.002]、吸烟[OR=2.57,95%CI(1.49,4.45),P=0.0007]是社区老年人肌肉减少症的影响因素。结论:现有证据表明,年龄、性别、体质指数、糖尿病、衰弱、吸烟是我国社区老年人肌肉减少症的影响因素。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of sarcopenia in the elderly in the Chinese community.Methods:Literatures on the influence factors of sarcopenia in the elderly in the Chinese community were searched from CNKI,VIP,WanFang Database,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science.The retrieval time was from inception to June 18,2021.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 13 articles were included.Meta-analysis results showed that age[OR=1.13,95%CI(1.11,1.15),P<0.00001],gender[OR=2.72,95%CI(1.18,6.27),P=0.02],BMI[OR=0.70,95%CI(0.65,0.77),P<0.00001],diabetes[OR=4.68,95%CI(1.62,13.49),P=0.004],frailty[OR=4.48,95%CI(1.77,11.30),P=0.002],smoking[OR=2.57,95%CI(1.49,4.45),P=0.0007]were the influencing factors of sarcopenia in the elderly in the community.Conclusions:Current evidence shows that age,gender,BMI,diabetes,frailty,and smoking are the influencing factors of sarcopenia in the elderly in the Chinese community.
