基于响应面分析法优化党参多糖提取工艺 被引量:4

摘要 以水提醇沉法提取党参多糖,采用单因素试验,考察回流时间、提取温度、液料比对党参多糖提取率的影响,并采用Box-Behnken响应面法对提取工艺进行优化,得到最优提取工艺条件为液料比11.2∶1(mL/g)、提取温度80℃、回流时间1.5 h,在此条件下,党参多糖得率为19.38%,实测值比模型理论值低0.573个百分点,拟合度好,充分验证了所建模型的准确性,工艺优化合理有效。 The polysaccharide in Codonopsis pilosula was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The effects of reflux time,extraction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction rate of the polysaccharide in Codonopsis pilosula were investigated by the single factor test.The extraction process was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology.The optimal extraction process was liquid-solid ratio of 11.2∶1(mL/g),extraction temperature of 80℃and reflux time of 1.5 h.Under these conditions,the yield of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide was 19.38%,and the measured value was 0.573 percentage points lower than the theoreti⁃cal value of the model,with a good fitting degree,which fully verified the accuracy of the model.The process optimization was reason⁃able and effective.
