煤矿井下防爆车辆液压保护系统设计

摘要 当前煤矿井下防爆车辆主要有电保护和气保护两种保护方式,基于机油检测原理,设计了机油检测显示装置和液压保护系统,提高了防爆柴油机使用性能和延长了防爆柴油机使用寿命,同时对车辆的良好运行和提高整机使用性能具有积极意义。该设计已经在煤矿井下多种防爆柴油机车型上得到应用,为新设计或改造的防爆车辆提供一种新的防爆柴油机保护方法。 The current mine underground explosion-proof diesel engine mainly has two protection methods:electric protection and gas protection.Based on the principle of oil detection,an oil detection and display device and an explosion-proof diesel engine oil protection system are designed to improve the performance of the explosion-proof diesel engine and prolong the service life of the explosion-proof diesel engine.At the same time,it has a positive meaning for the good operation of the vehicle and the improvement of the performance of the whole machine.This design has been applied to a variety of explosion-proof diesel engine models in coal mines,providing a new explosion-proof diesel engine protection method for newly designed or modified support trucks.
