摘要
煤矿井下设备操作室空间小,极易出现井下工人携带的矿灯电缆或自救器触碰液压操作手柄,无意识操作设备,导致人员受到挤压等伤害,针对这类安全隐患,文中提出了增加机械结构或增加液压元件,使之变为液压安全型操作系统。根据不同工况的需求,详细介绍了其实现方法、应用范围、操作方式等,通过增加这一系统达到解决问题的目的,并在实际应用中得到验证。
Due to the small space in the operating room of the underground equipment in the coal mine,it is extremely easy for the underground workers to touch the electric cable of the miner's lamp or the self-rescuer to touch the hydraulic operating handle and unconsciously operate the equipment,resulting in injuries such as squeezing and so on.In view of this kind of hidden safety danger,in this paper,adding mechanical structure or adding hydraulic components to make it a safe hydraulic operating system is proposed.According to the requirements of different working conditions,this paper introduces in detail the realization method,application scope and operation mode of the system,and achieves the goal of solving the problem by adding the system.
