摘要
该文开展了航天伺服阀阀套相交孔磨粒流抛光与去毛刺工艺技术研究,介绍了磨粒流抛光与去毛刺机理,进行了磨粒流对于阀套零件表面粗糙度、尺寸去量与倒钝影响的工艺实验,明确了磨料目数与循环次数对上述要素的影响。
This paper introduces the abrasive flow polishing and burr removal technology on intersecting holes of aerospace servo valve sleeve,and investigates the abrasive flow polishing and burr removal mechanism.Makes clear the effects of abrasive flow on surface roughness,size deweighting and obtuse of parts through experiments.
