工业电阻炉温度模糊控制系统设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 电阻炉是热电工艺过程中应用最广泛的电加热设备,其工作原理是利用电流将电能转化为热能来加热工件或物料。因现代快速发展的控制技术,传统的具有单向性升温、惯性和滞后特点的电阻炉炉温控制已满足不了用户的需求。针对上述特点,选取适当的模糊控制算法设计模糊控制器,将其引入到温度控制系统中,从而实现运用模糊控制技术来完成对电阻炉温度稳定控制的目的。最后通过MATLAB软件对设计的模糊模型进行仿真实验,表明了该模糊控制系统能高效、安全的控制电阻炉温度,性能稳定。 Resistance furnace is the most widely used electric heating equipment in the thermoelectric process.Its working principle is to use electric current to convert electric energy into heat energy to heat the workpiece or material.Due to the rapid development of modern control technology, the traditional resistance furnace temperature control with the characteristics of unidirectional heating, inertia and hysteresis can no longer meet the needs of users.In view of the above characteristics, the appropriate fuzzy control algorithm is selected to design the fuzzy controller, which is introduced into the temperature control system, so as to achieve the purpose of using the fuzzy control technology to complete the temperature stability control of the resistance furnace.Finally, the simulation test designed by MATLAB shows that the fuzzy control system can efficiently and safely control the temperature of the resistance furnace with stable performance.
