摘要
文章针对化工企业从传统“金字塔”型管理模式向先进的扁平化管理模式转变过程中出现的问题,提出了将化工企业横大班组建设作为扁平化管理探索应用的“试验田”。通过在横大班组建设中实施扁平化管理,不仅有力推动了横大班组建设,而且为化工企业管理模式的顺利转型奠定了基础,积累了经验。
For solving the problems in the transformation of chemical enterprises from the traditional “pyramid” management mode to the advanced flat management model, this paper holds that the construction of combined operators’ team in chemical enterprises should be taken as the “test field” for the exploration and application of flat management. The implementation of flat management in the construction of combined operators team not only effectively promotes the construction of combined operators’ team, but also builds the foundation and accumulated experience for the smooth transformation of the management model of chemical enterprises.
