职工培训方法与培训措施研究

随着科学技术的不断发展,煤化工企业朝着低能源消耗、零污染排放的新型技术方向发展,企业对职工的能力要求不断提高。而建立学习型企业,推动职工培训教育向纵深发展,是提升职工整体素质、增强企业核心竞争力的有效途径。文章总结了化工企业传统培训方法的不足之处,并结合现代煤化工企业的发展模式,提出了新的培训思路和培训方案。

With the continuous development of science and technology, coal chemical enterprises are developing towards the new technology direction of low energy consumption and zero pollution emission, and the ability requirements of enterprises for employees are constantly improving. Establishing a learning enterprise and promoting the in-depth development of staff training and education is an effective way to improve the overall quality of staff and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper summarizes the shortcomings of traditional training methods in chemical enterprises. And combined with the development mode of modern coal chemical enterprises, this paper puts forward new training ideas and training programs.
