Prospective Analysis of Polyolefin Market Development in China-Pakistan Economic Corridor

巴基斯坦是“一带一路”建设在南亚的重要示范国家,与中国相邻,中巴经济走廊是“一带一路”的旗舰项目,当下中巴经济走廊的快速建设为我国与巴基斯坦各领域合作提供了很好的机遇。巴基斯坦国内聚烯烃上游工业能力薄弱,主要依赖进口。中国近几年聚烯烃产能快速增长,尤其聚丙烯(PP)领域,出口海外规模稳步提升。中巴在该领域产业互补性明显,出口巴基斯坦市场前景广阔。

Pakistan is one of the important demonstration countries of “the Belt and Road”(B&R) in South Asia, that is adjacent to China, and China-Pakistan economic corridor is the flagship project of “B&R”, its rapid development provides a good opportunity for cooperation between China and Pakistan in various fields. Pakistan’s upstream polyolefin industry is weak and mainly depends on imports. China’s polyolefin production capacity has increased rapidly in recent years, especially in the field of polypropylene(PP),and the overseas export scale has increased steadily. China and Pakistan have obvious industrial complementarity in this field and have broad market prospects for export to Pakistan.
