水热消解-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的砷和汞 被引量:3

摘要 检测土壤中的重金属砷、汞含量的方法通常使用化学分析法、分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法等。而对样品前处理常用的方法有干灰化消解法、湿法消解法、微波消解法等。文章以水热釜消解的方法处理三种土壤样品,以双道氢化物发生原子荧光光度计检测土壤样品中的砷和汞含量。其标准系列溶液中,标准曲线均呈线性关系,并且相关系数也均在0.9990以上。测定土壤中砷、汞的回收率范围分别为95%~104%和98%~105%。水热消解方法操作简单、重复性和重现性好、平行精密度高、试剂耗材成本低,适合测定土壤中砷、汞的测定。 Chemical analysis, spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry are commonly used to detect the content of arsenic and mercury in soil, while dry ashing digestion, wet digestion and microwave digestion are commonly used for sample pretreatment. In this paper, three kinds of soil samples were treated by hydrothermal digestion, and the contents of arsenic and mercury in soil samples were detected by double channel hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. In the standard series of solutions, the standard curves are linear, and the correlation coefficients are all above 0.999 0. The recoveries of arsenic and mercury in soil were 95%-104% and 98%-105%, respectively. The method is simple, stable, high precision and low cost. It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of arsenic and mercury in a large number of soil samples, high precision, simple operation and low cost.
