Quality Control and Digitization of Offshore Oil Piping Construction

管线施工在海洋工程中占据重要地位,石油平台、FPSO(浮式生产油轮)管线工程施工涉及的工作量大、危险程度高,管线施工的质量关乎平台使用的安全性和工艺的稳定性。所以,管线施工的质量为海洋工程施工中的重中之重。文章通过对质量控制流程的梳理,提出其中的控制项、控制方法,同时引入数字化方式,实现管线施工控制流程的线上办公。

Pipeline construction plays an important role in offshore engineering. The construction of oil platform and FPSO(floating production tanker) pipeline engineering involves heavy workload and high risk. The quality of pipeline construction is related to the safety of platform use and the stability of process. Therefore, the quality of pipeline construction is the top priority in offshore engineering construction. This paper puts forward the control items and control methods by combing the quality control process,and introduces the digital method to realize the online office of the pipeline construction control process.
