摘要
煤制烯烃是煤炭高效洁净利用的公认和可行的发展方向,开辟了由煤炭生产基础转向有机化工原料的新工艺路线。其中离心式压缩机组为煤制烯烃行业中的核心设备,但同时也是该行业能耗的大户。因此,机组的能耗直接决定了煤基新材料行业是否能做到健康可持续的发展。文章针对煤制烯烃工艺甲醇转化下游烯烃分离装置的产品气压缩机组作为研究目标,从设计、制造、操作等方面探讨分析,进行技术整合挖潜能,充分发挥机组能效,达到降耗增效目的,用行动响应国家有关节能降耗的方针政策,促进该行业的健康发展。
Coal to olefin is a recognized and feasible development direction of efficient and clean utilization of coal, which opens up a new process route from coal production to organic chemical raw materials. The centrifugal compressor unit is the core equipment in the coal to olefin industry, but it is also a large consumer of energy consumption in the industry. Therefore, the energy consumption of units directly determines whether the coal-based new material industry can achieve healthy and sustainable development. Aiming at the product gas compressor unit of downstream olefin separation unit for methanol conversion from coal to olefin process as the research target, this paper discusses and analyzes the design, manufacturing and operation aspects, explores the potential energy through technical integration, gives full play to the energy efficiency of the unit, and achieves the purpose of reducing consumption and increasing efficiency. Take actions to respond to national policies on energy saving and consumption reduction, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
