渤海油田某中心平台溶气式浮选器处理效果的提升与实践

摘要 渤海油田某中心平台的生产污水处理系统流程是斜板除油器+溶气式浮选器+核桃壳过滤器的三级处理流程,经该流程处理的生产污水水质可达到SY/T 5329—2012规定,可满足油田注水水质要求。海上油田生产污水处理主要分为:沉降法、絮凝法、气浮法、旋流法、过滤法和生物降解法,文章主要讲气浮法,其中在溶气式浮选器运行中制约其处理效果的因素有三个:溶气压力;气浮顶部收油情况;气浮底部排泥情况。针对以上三点通过调整溶气压力,改造排污方式和有害废气排放方式来提升溶气式浮选器的安全性和处理效果,同时解决设备细菌滋生和腐蚀问题。 The process of wastewater treatment system of a central platform in Bohai oilfield is a three-stage treatment process of inclined device+dissolved air flotation device+walnut shell filter.The quality of wastewater treated by this process can meet the requirements of SY/T 5329—2012 and meet the water quality requirements of oilfield injection.Sewage treatment of offshore oil field production is mainly divided into sedimentation method,flocculation method,air floatation method,swirl method,filtration method and biodegradable method.This paper mainly talks about air floatation method,in which there are three factors that restrict the treatment effect during the operation of dissolved air flotator:solution pressure,oil collection at the top of dissolved air floatator and floating bottom sludge discharge.In view of the above three points,the safety and treatment effect of the dissolved gas flotation device are improved by adjusting the pressure of dissolved gas,reforming the discharge mode of sewage and harmful exhaust gas,and at the same time,the problems of bacterial breeding and corrosion of the equipment are solved.
