肠内营养支持护理干预用于肝硬化合并上消化道出血的效果及预后

Effect and prognosis of enteral nutrition support nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者应用肠内营养支持护理干预的效果及预后。方法:选取2017-03~2018-03本院收治的肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者80例,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。对照组常规护理,实验组肠内营养支持护理,对比两组各项营养指标变化及并发症发生率。结果:实验组体质数(BMI)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)及总蛋白(TP)水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组腹泻、肺部感染、恶性呕吐、胃潴留及再出血等并发症发生率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者中应用肠内营养支持护理干预,改善其营养状况,减少疾病治疗期间并发症的发生,提高预后疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect and prognosis of enteral nutrition support nursing intervention in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:from March 2017 to March 2018,80 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40).The routine nursing of the control group and the enteral nutrition support nursing of the experimental group were compared,and the changes of nutritional indexes and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:the levels of plasma albumin(ALB)and total protein(TP)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea,pulmonary infection,malignant vomiting,gastric retention and rebleeding in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:enteral nutrition support nursing intervention is used in patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding to improve their nutritional status,reduce the occurrence of complications during disease treatment and improve the curative effect of prognosis.
