犯罪嫌疑人反讯问策略研究现状分析——基于2000—2020年国内外文献的系统综述

Analysis on the Research Status of Counter-Interrogation Strategies of Criminal Suspects——A Systematic Review Based on Domestic and Foreign Literature from 2000 to 2020

通过中国知网、ESBCO数据库以及ResearchGate网站检索,筛选出23篇2000年至2020年间发表的关于反讯问策略的中英文文献,统计发现:中文文献多为定性研究,英文文献多为定量研究;研究内容主要涉及反讯问策略的概念、类型、产生原因、影响因素以及应对方式;中文文献中尚未使用“反讯问策略”一词,研究角度多样,缺乏对具体问题的定量分析;英文文献已广泛使用“反讯问策略”一词,以实验研究居多,缺乏理论的系统性和结构性。

Twenty-four Chinese and English literatures on counter-interrogation strategies published from 2000 to 2020 were searched by CNKI,ESBCO database and ResearchGate website.Statistics showed that most Chinese literatures were qualitative researches,and most English literatures were quantitative researches.The research content mainly involves the concept,types,causes,influencing factors and coping methods of counter-interrogation strategy.The term "counter-interrogation strategy" has not been used in Chinese literature,and the research angle is diverse.And the Chinese literatures are lacking quantitative analysis of specific problems.The term "counter-interrogation strategy" has been widely used in English literature,which is mostly based on experimental studies and lacks systematic and structural theories.
