大型群众性活动的安全管理是一项系统工程,一直存在安全管理经验无共享、风险管理无闭环等问题。利用大数据可以充分挖掘群众性活动的数据价值,实现数据共享、驱动管理创新。借鉴霍尔三维结构模型构建从数据出发的大型群众性活动安全管理体系,可实时收集大型群众性活动的各类数据,为大型群众性活动安全管理提供全过程、全方位的监测预警和辅助决策服务,实现大型群众性活动安全管理的智能化和科学化。

The safety management of large-scale mass activities is a systematic project.There have always been problems such as no sharing of safety management experience and no closed-loop risk management.Using big data can fully tap the value of data,realize data sharing and drive management innovation.Using Hall’s three-dimensional structure model for reference,this paper constructs a safety management system for large-scale mass activities based on data,which can collect all kinds of data of large-scale mass activities in real time,provide the whole process and all-round monitoring,early warning and auxiliary decision-making services for the safety management of large-scale mass activities,and realize the intellectualization and scientization of the safety management of large-scale mass activities.
