摘要 中共中央、国务院下发的《交通强国建设纲要》是新时代建设我国现代化道路交通管理体系的重要纲领性文献。公安交通管理部门要认真解读《交通强国建设纲要》的内涵实质,紧密结合道路交通管理的发展变化,系统了解道路交通管理与服务的创新延伸,通过准确把握公安道路交通管理部门预防和减少道路交通事故、维护道路交通秩序、提高道路交通运行效率三大职能定位,全面实现道路交通管理与服务安全、高效、便捷的目标。 The Outline of Building a Transport Power issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council is an important content of building socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and an important program for establishing China’s modern road traffic management system.Public security traffic management departments should carefully interpret the connotation and essence of the outline for the construction of a powerful traffic country,closely combine the development and changes of road traffic management,systematically understand the innovation and extension of road traffic management and service,and fully realize the goal of road traffic management and service safety,efficiency and convenience by accurately grasping the three functional positioning of the public security road traffic management department to prevent and reduce road traffic accidents,maintain road traffic order and improve road traffic operation efficiency.
