A Research on the High-quality Development Path of Investigation Major in the New Era

推进新时代侦查学专业高质量发展必须坚持以习近平法治思想为引领。当前侦查学专业建设和改革中存在党建引领功能发挥不够全面、人民中心理念体现不够充分、法治思维方式训练不够深入、科技创新理念贯彻不够到位等问题。推进侦查学专业建设和改革要紧紧抓住国家推进一流专业建设点的机遇,利用现代信息技术,通过优化人才培养方案、改革侦查课程体系、完善协同育人机制等途径,强化基层党组织党建引领功能,切实落实“服务人民”的公安总方针,加强学生法治理念和法治思维训练,全面提升侦查学专业建设和侦查专门人才的培养质量。

To promote the high-quality development of investigative science in the new era,the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law must be adhered to.At present,there are some problems in the construction and reform of the specialty of investigation,such as the insufficient play of the leading function of Party construction,the insufficient embodiment of the people-centered concept,the insufficient in-depth training of the way of thinking of the rule of law,and the insufficient implementation of the concept of scientific and technological innovation.To promote the construction and reform of the specialty of investigation,we should firmly seize the opportunity of the state to promote the construction of first-class specialties,make use of modern information technology,strengthen the leading function of Party construction of grass-roots party organizations by optimizing talent training programs,reforming investigation curriculum system and improving collaborative education mechanism,earnestly implement the general public security policy of "serving the people",and strengthen the training of students’ concept and thinking of the rule of law,and comprehensively improve the professional construction of investigation as well as the training quality of investigation professionals.
