摘要
世界造口治疗师协会(World Council of Enterostomal Therapists,WCET)于2020年12月发布了《WCET国际造口指南(第2版)》,旨在为即将进行或已经进行造口手术的患者提供循证护理建议。本文从指南概述、具体推荐意见及证据评估等方面对新版指南的主要内容进行解读,并对新旧两版指南进行比较分析,以期帮助造口护理相关领域专业人员及组织、造口患者及照顾者更好地了解指南内容并对照实施,为进一步提高造口护理质量、改善造口患者的生活质量提供参考。
The World Council of Enterostomal Therapists(WCET) issued the WCET International Ostomy Guideline(2nd Edition) in December 2020 to provide evidence-based recommendations for the care of patients who are scheduled to undergo or have undergone stoma surgery. This article first interprets the main contents of this new guideline in terms of overview, recommendations and evidence evaluation and then compares and analyzes the new and old versions, aiming to help professionals and organizations in the field of ostomy care,ostomy patients and caregivers to better understand and abide by the contents of the guideline, and provide a reference for further improving the quality of care and quality of life of ostomy patients.
