基于提壶揭盖法的火龙罐综合灸对脑卒中后尿潴留的效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Fire Dragon Pot Moxibustion Based on Lung-Qi Dispersing on Urinary Retention after Stroke

目的 探讨提壶揭盖法指导下的火龙罐综合灸对于改善脑卒中后尿潴留患者相关症状的效果。方法 选取2020年10月至2021年10月收治于河南中医药大学第一附属医院脑病一区的60例脑卒中后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组行常规治疗和康复护理,观察组在此基础上实施以提壶揭盖法指导的火龙罐综合灸治疗,共干预14 d。比较两组患者住院期间的膀胱最大排尿量、平均膀胱残余尿量、导尿次数与住院天数比值、尿常规白细胞阳性率及住院满意度。结果 干预14 d后,观察组患者住院期间的膀胱最大排尿量、平均残余尿量、导尿次数与住院天数的比值、尿常规白细胞阳性率均较对照组更低(P<0.05),患者满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论基于提壶揭盖法的火龙罐综合灸能有效改善脑卒中后尿潴留患者的临床症状,促进其膀胱功能康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion based on lung-qi dispersing on improving the symptoms of patients with urinary retention after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with urinary retention after stroke who were admitted to the Encephalopathy Ward I of the First Affiliated Hospital of He’nan University of TCM from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and the observation group(n=30). The control group was given routine care and rehabilitation care, while the observation group was additionally given comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion based on lung-qi dispersing for a total of 14 days. The two groups were compared in terms of maximum voided volume of the bladder, mean residual urine volume of the bladder, the ratio of catheterization times to hospital days, positive rate of WBCs in urinalysis and patient satisfaction during their hospitalization.Results After 14 days of intervention, the maximum voided volume of the bladder, mean residual urine volume of the bladder, the ratio of catheterization times to hospital days, and the positive rate of WBCs in urinalysis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion based on lung-qi dispersing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with urinary retention after stroke and promote the rehabilitation of their bladder function.
