基于子午流注纳子法的耳穴贴压对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Effect of Auricular Acupressure along Meridians according to Time on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的 评价基于子午流注纳子法的耳穴贴压对腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效。方法 选取2020年8月至2021年8月收治于上海市中西医结合医院的66例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33)并安置于两个病区。在常规护理的基础上,对照组接受常规磁珠耳穴贴压;观察组则基于子午流注纳子法,严格按照午时、申时、酉时进行耳穴贴压。比较两组患者干预8周后日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评分情况,干预2周、4周及8周后的腰椎功能障碍指数评分情况,以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果 两组患者干预期间均未发生不良反应,且观察组临床疗效优于对照组。干预8周后,两组患者JOA评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预2周、6周及8周时的腰椎功能障碍指数评分均优于干预前;随着时间的推移,两组患者的腰椎功能障碍指数评分均呈现降低趋势(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于子午流注纳子法的耳穴贴压可减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、改善其腰椎功能,对治疗效果有促进作用。

Objective lumbar disc herniation.MethodsA total of 66 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shanghai TCMIntegrated Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=33) and the control group(n=33), in two separate wards. On the basis of routine care, the control group was additionally given routine auricular acupressure with magnetic ear beads;the observation group was additionally given auricular acupressure along meridians at three time points(11 a.m.-1 p.m.,3 p.m.-5 p. m., and 5 p. m.-7 p. m.). The two groups were compared in terms of the JOA(Japanese Orthopaedic Association) score for low back pain after 8 weeks of intervention, ODI(Oswestry Disability Index) score after2, 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.ResultsNo adverse reactions occurred during the intervention in both groups, and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group. After 8 weeks of intervention, the JOA scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The ODI scores of the two groups 2, 6 and 8 weeks after the intervention were better than those before the intervention;over time, the ODI scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend(P<0.05), and the score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionAuricular acupressure along meridians according to time can reduce pain and improve lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation, and enhance their therapeutic effect.
