摘要
文章采用向水中添加表面活性剂的方法,处理甲苯废气,选取吐温系列的水溶液作为吸收剂,研究了吐温的临界胶束浓度(CMC)、增溶量以及对甲苯去除率的影响,并探索了操作条件。结果表明:吐温水溶液对甲苯的增溶量与去除率呈正相关,随着增溶量的增加,甲苯去除率也随之增大。当空气流量300 mL/min,Tween-20水溶液浓度为1 CMC,喷淋量为55 mL/min,T=25℃,甲苯浓度为1200 mg/m^(3)时,去除率最高为64%。
In this article,toluene waste gas was treated by adding surfactant into water.The aqueous solution of Tween series was selected as absorbent.The effects of Tween’s critical micelle concentration(CMC),solubilization amount and toluene removal rate were studied,and the operating conditions were explored.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the solubilization and the removal rate of toluene,As the amount of solubilization increased,the toluene removal rate also increased.When air flow rate was 300 mL/min,Tween-20 aqueous solution concentration was 1cmc,spray rate was 55 mL/min,T=25℃,toluene concentration was 1200 mg/m^(3),the highest removal rate was 64%.
