摘要
文章提出一种真空管集热式加湿—除湿海水淡化系统,并对其进行性能分析及实验测试。在室内工况条件下,研究了海水温度,海水流量以及加热时间对系统产水速率的影响。结果表明,系统的产水量随海水温度和海水流量的增加而增加,当海水温度80℃,海水流量300 L/h时,该系统最高产水速率可达5.419 kg/h。在实际工况条件下,研究了系统内部的工作温度和产水性能随时间的变化,得出在平均辐照度846 W/m^(2)时,系统最大产水速率为2.28 kg/h,系统的平均性能系数为0.96。
A humidification dehumidification desalination system using evacuated tube collector was proposed in this article.Under indoor conditions,the effects of operating parameters on the performance of the desalination system were investigated,including seawater temperature,seawater flow rate and heating time.The results indicated that the water yield of the system increases with the increment of seawater temperature and flow rate.When sea water temperature is 80℃and sea water flow rate is 300 L/h,the maximum water yield rate of the system can achieve 5.419 kg/h.The variation of operating temperature and water production performance over time are also tested under actual weather conditions.The experimental outcomes manifest that when the average solar irradiance is 846 W/m^(2),the peak water production rate is 2.28 kg/h,and the average performance coefficient is 0.96 in this system.
